Recovery Services at Londie

It feels good to feel good. Recovery is where adaptation happens. The work you do on the reformer creates the stimulus — but it is in recovery that your body actually changes, repairs, and grows stronger. We built our recovery suite to honour that process.

COMPRESSION THERAPY

Move fluid. Release tension. Feel lighter.

Sequential compression therapy mimics the natural pumping action of the lymphatic system — moving fluid, reducing swelling, and improving circulation from the feet up. It is fast, passive, and remarkably effective at reducing the soreness and heaviness that follow a hard class. Lie back, breathe, and let the work continue without you having to do anything at all.

HALOTHERAPY

Salt air for the body and mind.

Dry salt therapy has been used for centuries to support respiratory health and reduce inflammation. Micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt are dispersed into the air, entering the airways and working to clear congestion, support immune function, and calm the nervous system. It pairs naturally with heat and light therapy — enhancing every session it is part of.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Repair from the inside out.

Red light therapy stimulates the mitochondria — the energy centres of your cells — triggering a cascade of repair and regeneration. Combined with oxygen and salt therapy, this session delivers a multi-sensory recovery experience that reduces inflammation, supports tissue healing, and leaves you feeling clearer and more energized than when you arrived.

INFRARED SAUNA

Heat that goes deeper than the surface.

Infrared heat penetrates below the surface of the skin to support detoxification, ease muscle tension, and promote full-body relaxation. Paired with salt therapy, each session supports your respiratory system and immune function at the same time. It is one of the most effective things you can do for your body after movement — and it requires nothing from you but stillness.
